Heat Link stopped working

Similar error to many

Everything was fine yesterday.

This morning, error 71 on thermostat

Heat Link has no power

Boiler working 

Isolator working

Breakers all fine

No power cuts or electrical works

Manual reset does nothing, no lights at all

Any help appreciated
