Hello my thermostat is giving a fault code of H71, with inability to connect to the heat link. I have tried all of the various ‘fixes’ on the community, but none have resolved the issue. There are no lights on the heat link and it is unresponsive to pressing the button. The units are only a maximum of 18 months old. Pease can someone from Google help resolve?
