Hi I have a dual zone heating system, how do I purchase a second heat link?

You can only have one heat link paired to a thermostat.

Thanks for reaching out. @Patrick_Caezza is right. If you have a dual zone system you will need two thermostats, one for each zone with two separate Heat Links. You cannot pair one Nest thermostat with two different Heat Links. You can take a look at this link to better understand how the zoned system works with Nest thermostat:  https://bit.ly/3r0bDds.
