Heat Link

I have an issue with my heat link which seems to be a common problem! No power - only 1.5 yeras old and has worked perfectly up until now!  I have followed all suggestions and even got a professional to check  the wiring and there is power to the heat link, it is clearly a fault with the unit itself.

Myself Included. 

I started another conversation but it was closed before the problem had been resolved.  

 

If someone can help that would be great
