Heat Not Working Properly

My thermostats aren’t working properly. I’ll have heat set at 70° and it will say heating. It never stops blowing air, but the thermostat won’t read above 65° ambient. The air being blown isn’t 70° either. I’ve reset the thermostats and nothing has changed. I’ve had to set the thermostats to 64° so they don’t come on. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? The air worked fine for cooling all summer! 🥶

@Kloyd86 I don't have an answer, however, I have the same issue!  the home app is so not user friendly IMO for the NEST thermostat at least.  I know it's connected and I know it's working BUT it's stuck at eco and my house is freezing! 64 and well nothing's on .. I've put it on hold and it won't even run that schedule I may go back old school .. cannot risk freezing pipes (or people) this winter!

Well.. it turns out it may NOT be my NEST but my until .. I had a local HVAC come take a look and then he recommended my local provider come take a look to adjust the gas pressure (HVAC guy said it was low) and of course the GP said it's probably NOT that as his reading is on point for pressure and it's probably just a cleaning issue.. long story short not out of the woods yet but def out of some holiday $$$ .. 😉
