Hi Ceyonce,

Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear that the recommendations via call didn't work as expected and your heating system is currently on and blowing cold air. I'd be happy to help!

To better assist you, I'd like to ask the following:

  • What is the model of your Nest thermostat? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your thermostat model.
  • Is the Nest thermostat newly installed? If not, was it working previously?
  • What type of HVAC system do you have (heat pump, conventional system, etc.)?
  • Have there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
  • Does the inconvenience happen with both heating and cooling, or just heating?
  • Would you mind sharing a picture of the old wiring installation and the current wiring on the Nest thermostat?

Also, if you have a case number related to Google support, please share it if possible. This will help us track your case more efficiently.

Please keep me posted.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
