- What is the model of your Nest thermostat? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify your thermostat model.
- Is the Nest thermostat newly installed? If not, was it working previously?
- What type of HVAC system do you have (heat pump, conventional system, etc.)?
- Have there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
- Does the inconvenience happen with both heating and cooling, or just heating?
- Would you mind sharing a picture of the old wiring installation and the current wiring on the Nest thermostat?
