Heat coming out vs Cool

I had to change the display on the display, and now HEAT is coming out of the vents and the temp is only getting hotter 🥵 no cool air coming out!

Do you have a heat pump system with a O/B wire connected on the Nest?

If yes then you go into the settings screen and change the O/B wire function to the opposite of whatever it is set on now.
