Mine died on Friday, it said no power on the thermostat, spoken to the installer, basically the heat link is dead.  You need to contact Google for a replacement if it's still under warranty.

Gone through the entire process and Google will post replacement parts out.

I have the same issue, with one of my two heat links. I have had an electrician confirm there is no issue with the power supply - and that the hardware has died. Does anyone know the process for getting a replacement? Thanks
