Heat link busted?

It seems that our heat link is broken. 
i have searched the platform and taken the needed steps to check:

- on regular power it does not do anything 

- circuit breaker is all good. Nothing faulty.

- no lights blink except on USB. 
- cannot reset on power as no lights blink. 
- thermostats on the wall give H72 warning. 
- changed the cords on regular power. 

Nothing seems to change it. 
what should I do?

Which type of Nest Thermostat do you have (Nest Learning Thermostat 2nd gen/3rd gen, Nest Thermostat E, or Nest Thermostat 2020)? Also, what country are you located in?
