Hi there,
Seeing a lot of similar issues here, but came back home today from a few hours out and I've got no LED's on my Heat Link (Installed: 25/05/2021) and unable to connect with the NEST base unit itself. The Heat Link and boiler are on the same circuit, nothing is tripped, the fuses are intact and the boiler creates hot water so it is on and working. I've tried resetting the wifi, the boiler, the nest unit etc.
I've done as much troubleshooting as possible but nothing is working. I am unsure how to activate the heating on my boiler without the thermostat and I have an under 2 years old at home.
Please can anyone help?
Thank you
Tim

Hi @timb0jones
The best thing you can do is to reach out to Google Nest Support.
I got my heatlink replaced with the same issue. 😊

Thanks for the reply, I've reached out. Although no one is operating those lines at the moment.
Do you know how to manually initiate the heating if that device is dead? My boiler has no extra buttons and as the Heat Link has given up the ghost, I can't see how I might do that.
