Heat link died

Hi all, 

Overnight, my heat link has stopped working. No lights visible and after attempting a reset several times, nothing. I’ve tried everything suggested above without any luck…

I filled out the online support form 36 hours ago and still no reply.

Family of 5 with no heating in the house.

How old is the thermostat?

Some distance away from me sadly, I would have tried a repair if you were in my location.

You can check the power supply, contact support again, and consider temporary heating options.
