hello,
i live in France and installed a Nest 3 ieme generation thermostat 2 years ago (gift from my parents). Since yesterday morning, error code H72 on the Thermostat and I find that my heat link has no LED. I tried to reset it several times but always was. What can I do because my heating does not work anymore and we are in winter. Where can I get a new Heat link alone quickly to match it with my thermostat that seems to work?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your heat link.
Did you try a power cycle of the device?

Hi @samya , thanks for reaching out to us here. Thank you for the suggestion @RXShorty , first thing we always want to check is the power.
Make sure to check the breakers and try to power cycle the Heat Link, if you are comfortable in trying so. If you need further assistance make sure to let me know.
