Heat link not connecting

Getting H17 error and I've tried resetting the heat link with flashing blue light and resetting the thermostat ring but neither is working.

Installation is less than 6 months any advice or help would be great

Thanks for reaching out. First, please go to thermostat Settings > Technical Info > Power and check the power readings. If the battery level is at least 3.8 V we can try to pair the thermostat with the Heat Link. Try these steps and let me know how it goes:

1. Take the thermostat as close as possible to the Heat Link and make sure that it is plugged in to power.
2. Turn off Wi-Fi and anything that could cause any interference.
3. Press and hold the button on the Heat Link for 25 seconds, let go and do it one more time.
4. Press and hold the thermostat display for about 10 seconds. It will turn off and back on again to try and reconnect.
