Heat link not connecting

My heat link isn’t connecting.
Have tried powering off and I’m not getting a blue light on the heat link.

Thermostat keeps sending me in a loop to reconnect?

Are you getting any lights on the Heat Link?

Have you checked the fuses and power supply to the Heat Link if not?

Hi, @Florah!

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I understand your Heat Link isn't connecting to your thermostat, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I know how crucial the Heat Link is for controlling your heating system, especially during cold weather. I’m happy to help you!

To gather all the necessary information and provide you with the best assistance, please answer the following questions:

  • Did the inconvenience start immediately after installation, or did it work for a while before the problem began?
  • Have you recently had any service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system? If so, how long was the power off?
  • Have you tried taking the Heat Link out of Manual Mode? You can do this by pressing the Heat Link's button once. The two green lights underneath the button will turn off when it's out of Manual Mode.

Additionally, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the questions in @Frustratedddd's post. This information will help me determine the best next troubleshooting steps.

Please keep me updated.

Best regards,

Ana
