Heat link not working

I have 2 heat links and 2 thermostats ( upstairs and down stairs) the down stairs one has stopped working , it’s closer to boiler and heat link than the upstairs one. I have a yellow light so one but will not turn green having done the suggested help. Any suggestions? It’s about 3 Yrs old

Has there been any power cut at the location or work done on the system before this behavior occurred?

Is the thermostat mounted on the wall or on a stand?

hi 

the thermostat is on the wall . I don’t think any power cuts . It’s weird the one further away works.

Thanks for confirming. Can you please confirm if there are any LED lights on the Heat Link?

Understood! In this case, can you press the button from the Heat Link until the yellow light changes to a pulsing blue one? Let me know if you see any change.

no it doesn’t change colour just stays yellow.

Thanks for confirming. If you feel comfortable enough, could you please turn the breaker switches off and back to on? Let me know if the yellow light changes to a blue one.
