Hi,
Unfortunately Heat Link stopped working, there is an H72 error on the thermostat (3rd Gen)
The power supply of the heat link is OK (N and L electric plug) but nothing going to the thermostat and boiler (T1-T2 and 1-2), on he more the heatlink itself behaves strangely --> doesn't switch on will normal 220v DC in.
What can I do ?
Well if I need to buy a new one I will change the brand because I am totally unsatisfied with the reliability of these after few years
SN is 09AC01AC361903GS
Thank you

I have what appears to be exactly the same problem, which also started yesterday.
I’m very interested to see what is suggested to you.
Having had a faulty device which was replaced at time of installation and now this problem, I’m not confident in Nest’s reliability.

Hello @Florian1 @CGNottingham ,
Thank you so much for reaching out. I just read your posts and this is a strange behavior. Can you tell me if you see any lights on the Heat Link?

Hi there @Florian1! Thanks for letting us know. Can you please respond to the following questions and try the steps at the end, but before you do, please unplug the USB cable from the Heat Link.
How many zones are present in your setup?
Were there any power outages lately?
Are all the breaker switches on?
Turn the breaker switches off and then on again.
Turn on manual mode by pressing the button of the Heat Link.

No lights at all.
Have to commend Google (Nest) customer service. A five minute telephone call sorted out an out of guarantee free of charge replacement which took place within 24 hours by a Boxi engineer.
