How do I contact you via email, my heat link has failed I’ve had the system since 17.02.2020

I am sorry to hear that you're Heat Link is not working as expected anymore.

Hi Alex


My system shows 240 vaults at the heat link but nothing beyond ie no lights on the heat link.
 
I have had it since 17.02.2020

If you already checked that the power is ok, try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you have not already. 

 

Turn the power off to the Heat Link for a few minutes, if you are comfortable in doing so, and then turn it back on. See if after the Heat Link has any reaction when you press the button on it and let me know here.

I have completed the form but i'm not 100% what my nest account @ reference is as my electrician set it up on my mobile nest control app it shows  Janette Forrest and under the greyed out house with ! The Withers which is my houses name.
