Heat link

My thermostat appears to be working properly but does not connect to the heat link.  The heat link light is blue.  I have tried resetting the heat link without success.  Also going to factory default and turning it off an on again.  It remains blue.

Thank you for the information @Cassel . I would be happy to try and assist you with your device. First, to check, is this the first time the thermostat has been installed or has it been installed and working for some time before this behavior occurred? 

Also, you mentioned the thermostat is working, does it not have any message regarding being disconnected from the Heat Link? Can you control the heating at the location?
