Heat not staying on

I gave the E-Nest thermostat & tried to put my heat on last wknd & it wouldn’t stay on…?? Tried taking the eco off , I feel I’ve tried everything!! I looked /read into i think everything I could & found no solution…. So here I am asking for anyone’s assistance please. Maeve it’s something I’ve missed 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
Also I’ve noticed when I try & raise the temp on the heater on the eco it won’t let me move it past 70°?? So by turning off the eco I thought it would help but no go

Hi there, sorry I didn’t respond sooner….Anyways thanks for checking in! It was not my thermostat thankfully, my furnace had a small issue & was fixed. All is warm here ☺️
