This is the second time and a separate system where, for a heat pump, the thermostat trips the heater on when you put in air conditioning mode. The thermostat and system worked well for 3 years but a factory reset doesn’t do anything.
I replace nest thermostat with another nest for my other unit and it is something wrong with the unit.
how do I fix? Certainly it can’t be just to replace the thermostat.
