I had a Trane system with heat pump. The wires were set up as below but I saw there is no wire in O position. Also, there is one orange wire is left alone (I am not sure if that OB wire or not)
I installed my new Nest Learning and put the wires as below. However, the heat pump does not work. Is there any idea how to fix it? When the heat pump is on, the fan outside will run or not?

The way your old thermostat was wired makes me think you have a 2-stage gas furnace and a 2-stage air conditioner. Can you go outside and get a picture of the manufacturer label showing the model number please.

Your outdoor unit is defiantly a 2-stage air conditioning condenser unit. Your gas furnace is 2-stage as well. Your stage 1 wire, the white wire, goes on W1 and the black wire is stage 2 and goes on W2. Your system is Gas Heat, Forced Air,

Do not forget the wire that was on your old thermostat Y2, needs to on the Nest Y2 as well.

I connected all wires to nest but it said there is an error "E83: Heat pump can have at most one auxiliary heat wire".

Your outdoor unit is an Air Conditioner It is not the heat pump. Your old thermostat was not wired as a heat pump it was wired as an 2-Stage Air Conditioner and a 2- stage furnace. Your wires on your nest should be:
Red wire to Nest Rh
Blue wire to C
Yellow wire to Y1
Tan wire to Y2
White wire to W1
Black wire to W2
Green wire to G
There should be no wire in the OB connector.
