Heater

My heater isn’t working the thermostat shows it’s on in the orange color but no heart is coming through the vents.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

Change the thermostat mode and set to heat-cool. Once you're in heat mode, try to turn up the temperature a little bit more and observe the air coming out from the vent.

Also, check your HVAC switch and make sure they're on. It's possible that your thermostat is sending out the heating signal but your heater is not getting it because there's no power in the unit.
