Hi, I have a 3rd generation Nest thermostat which was fitted in the summer this year. I am a senior citizen and my previous heating system was just ‘on’ or ‘off’ and ultra simple. The plumber did all the settings for me (he says he is very busy now and can’t come back). I have an app on my phone and the schedule says the same 7 days a week - 7.00am 21 then 9.00am 10. The numbers 21 and 10 are repeated every evening. The timings are fine but I don’t understand why it says 10 and nor do I understand why the heating came on at 4.30am this morning when it was very mild outside. Can anyone offer any simple suggestions for me please.

I’m having the exact same issue. The heating is coming on outside of my schedules times during the night.
ive turned auto schedule off. I’m perplexed & can’t understand why.

Same issue turned all other settings off and created a week schedule. Heating then comes on at around 2am for no apparent reason
