I'm hoping someone can help. I'm unable to switch the heating off. When the temperature is lowered on the thermostat the heat link clicks but I still have voltage on terminal 3.
I saw on a previous discussion with SB_1984, Vladut, LarisaL, & AlexD on 11-25-2023 they had the same fault. Does anyone know of an outcome?

If you've been experiencing power cuts, the first step in troubleshooting is to contact a Nest Pro or the original installer. There might be a wiring issue causing the heating to run continuously.
