Heatlink Dead

My 2-year old Nest thermostat has ceased to work. The installing company electrician has confirmed the heatlink unit is dead. No lights showing on heatlink unit. The head unit is fine. First noticed a h72 error then the battery in the head unit went flat. One year warranty only. Installer wants $800 for a new complete unit as not possible to buy heatlink unit separately. Any ideas where I could get one?

Hi @fitzcaraldo

If your heat link is not showing any kind of life (no lights) please reach out to Google Nest Support.
They replaced my heat link that was defective. 😊

Thanks RX. Do you if they do so in Australia? It looks like the Nest Thermostat is no longer available on the Google Nest website.

Hi @fitzcaraldo

Not sure but always worth a shot contacting Google about this.

I think you should be good. 🙂
