My Heatlink (c.2 years old) has suddenly died - there are no lights, nothing happens when I press the central button and it obviously won’t connect to the learning thermostat so I have a very cold house 😞
There are no power issues to the unit, it just seems to have died.
1. How can this be solved?
2. Is there a way to temporarily disconnect the Heatlink from my boiler (Vaillant EcoFit) so I can turn the heating on manually?
thanks!

Mine too. Heatlink has power but nothing else, no lights, nothing when button pressed. Error code, H71. Have tried everything but no heating. It's so cold in my house.

Thanks for reaching out let's see what's going on. Could you tell us what country you're in? Which Nest thermostat are you using (Nest Learning Thermostat or Nest Thermostat E). Also, Could you tell us please when did the situation start occurring first and when was the thermostat installed?

@DragosC We have the same problem. We're in the Netherlands and have Nest Learning Thermostat v3. It was installed about 2,5 years ago. The Heat Link stopped working 2 weeks ago, without any prior issues. The power itself and the wiring is still working. The warranty for this product at the Dutch company where we bought it has expired (2 year warranty).
Hope you can help us further. Especially since only the Heat Link is broken, would be great if we could just replace that part.
