Heatlink has no power

Heatlink has no output power but correct input. Google Support has been impossible, I spent 45 mins waiting on the phone yesterday before the line cut off. The unit needs replacing asap but I can't find a route to get any support!

Same issue. There was on the old forum a message from ‘Karina.m’ with google community. Seemed to be able to help with replacements. Looking for her now. This is what she posted:

Hi everyone,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late reply. We're sorry to hear about your Nest thermostats.

I'd kindly ask all of you to try these steps:
  • Does anything happen if you press its button for 30 seconds?
  • In some cases the boiler will have an additional isolation switch which can turn off the power to both the Heat Link and the boiler. Can you try switching that off/on again to see if anything changes?
  • Make sure the breakers are on or the fuse board hasn't tripped.
Moreover, to have a better view over each of your cases, please help us with some answers:
  1. How often do you experience the issue?
  2. How long has your thermostat been installed for?
  3. What colour is the Heat Link LED?
  4. What is showing on the Nest thermostat display?
  5. Have you had any power cuts recently?
  6. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
  7. How many zones are present in the setup?
  8. Is there power present to your boiler?
Once you've tried these steps and if you still have this issue with your Heat Link, please reply to the thread confirming that the steps were carried out, together with the answers for the above questions and we'll make sure to further assist you with this.

Regards,
Karina

How do I forward the image of the nest you requested? (I’ve not been at home so couldn’t send it before now)
