Hi all, got a 3rd gen thermostat and been using it fine. Suddenly tonight the thermostat is displaying H71 fault code. Check the heatlink and no lights at all on it and won't reset
Nothing has changed or been done in the house today and had no power cuts. Checked fuses and nothing has been tripped. Boiler has power and is on.
Is there anything else I can try? Got two very young children in the house and desperate to get it working again quick time.
Thanks
Paul

Hi @tallpaul77
Sorry to hear you are having problems with your heat link.
Did you try unplugging it from the power source and rebooting it?
If still no lights come on try Google Nest Support. 🙂

Hi @RXShorty unfortunately tried and no luck. The heatlink is just unresponsive

Hi @tallpaul77
There are some known issues with the heat link.
Please check the Google Nest Support link and choose Thermostat and type defective heat link.
If you press Next you will get an option to talk to support (Chat) to get your heating working asap. 🙂

@RXShorty thank you. No option to chat with support, but have emailed them with details

Hi @tallpaul77
Maybe it because of the time of the day/week.
If possible I would recommend chatting during work days, that worked the best for me. 🙂
Email is also valid but in my experience less fast.
