My heating and hot water has stopped working. Looks like the issue is with the Heatlink it has stopped working and is completely unresponsive, the learning thermostat is showing a H72 error. There is power into the heatlink (I have checked the circuit breakers and fuse to the unit). There are no lights on at all and holding the button for 10 seconds does nothing. No recent changes to the system, or household electrics, was working fine and stopped on Boxing day.
The heatlink and thermostat are 20 months old, really disappointed it has failed, particularly with a houseful of visitors over Christmas.
I have seen a few of these posts, is it a common fault, and suggestion on a fix would be much appreciated, it is ruining the Xmas get together 😔

Same thing has just happened today for me.
Any luck fixing it yet?

No luck so far, it is dead, boiler has no power and now the thermostat is dead as it has used up its battery. I am assuming the Heatlink needs replacing?

Pareil pour moi ce jour même. Ça ressemble à de l'obsolescence programmé...

Nest Pro checked out the Heatlink this morning and agreed it is broken. Spoke to Nest and a replacement Heatlink is on its way and should arrive in a couple of days, luckily it was still within the 2 year warranty.

Hi Alex, the heating is back working again now the replacement Heatlink did the job. The thermostat and Heatlink have a wired and wireless connection. However the usage information in the Nest app seems to have become erratic.

Hi there. Restart the thermostat from Settings > Reset > Restart. This should solve the issue with the energy history. Let me know how it goes.
