I'm sorry to hear your Heat Link got damaged by water. I'd like to help you out but I need more information. Can you please provide the following information:

  • The thermostat type you have
  • The current lights showing on the Heat Link
  • Error messages showing on the thermostat's display
  • Troubleshooting steps tried
  • A picture of the Heat Link
