Help Eliminate Nest Time/Temp Programming

We have moved from our home with Nest Thermostats. WiFi is disconnected, yet both thermoststs are still responding to time/temp changes that we originally set up via WiFi. We would like changes in time/temp only as we dial them in right at the thermostat.

Why is this working this way with no WiFi?

Thanks for reaching out to our Nest Community about your Nest thermostat. I apologize for all the inconvenience; don't worry, I'm here to help.

I suggest trying to perform a factory reset on your device. To do this, you can set up the thermostat and skip the wifi connections.

You can find who performs this process with the different types of thermostat here: Reset a Nest thermostat

If you perform this, basically, the thermostat will be controlled manually and will not follow any program.

In case the situation is still there the situation is still there after the reset, feel free to keep us posting. I'm happy to find a solution for you.
