Help! I can’t turn the heating down

I keep trying to turn the heating down manually but it keeps going back up to 21. I’ve even put it on the schedule to come down but it seems to have a mind of its own. I’m boiling!

I’m having similar issue. My boiler was installed 2 days ago by pros and I can’t control my heat.
