Help With Wires

I looked over my current wire colors and where they go.  Here is my setup.  Will this work and do I need to purchase a Nest Power Connector?

C - Blue

W2 - White *that has a white jumper over to E - Black

Y - Yellow

O/B  - Orange

G - Green

R - Red

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you need to know if you Need a Nest power connector. I am here to help you! 

However, based on the wire connection you sent, it appears that you already have the C wire (common wire). If you have the C wire, you don't need the Nest power connector.

Thank you for the reply after asking all these questions I forgot to ask one more.  Sometimes in the winter I have to turn on emergency heat.  This function activate heating coils inside my furnace.  I usually have to do this when the temps drop into the teens.  Will the next thermostat do this function?

Thanks for your question. The emergency heat function is available on all Google Nest Thermostat models. You can activate it using the app or directly on your Google Nest Thermostat.
