Ive been told that my thermostat is faulty as it wont connect to my wifi keeps coming up with error codes. Wanting 219 as a holding deposit so i dont loose the use on using it manually or im with out heating until i get an electrician to come out and put a normal switch on as there no over ride.ive 2 young children and dont have the money to just keep a side. Does anyone have any tricks they can tell me so i try those at least.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Let's see what's going on ― what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Has your thermostat been paired before? If yes, were there any recent changes to your network and/or equipment? Do any of your other devices have issues with your Wi-Fi network? Also, what country are you located in?
