Does “hold temperature “ prevent someone from manually changing temperature?

Thanks. NEST should make this clear and also clearly show which thermostats do not have the lock feature

Hi @Alannc

No, somebody could manually change the temp by going into the settings.  Hold temperature feature is mostly aimed at overriding any other temp settings you already have.
