Hi there, for some reason my learning thermostats think I'm away even when I'm at home. I checked and location services are turned on for the Nest app. Any ideas on why it's not sending my location? I'm also connected to my homes WiFi. Thanks!

Same thing here. I've walked through all the troubleshooting and I'm just giving up. Disabling everything home/away related and adjusting it manually.

Same here. Disappointing but it's unusable as it keeps shutting off with a house full of people.
