Home away assist

This SOB Thermostat!  There is no help!  I want to turn off the home away assist.  I can't make a temperature change when I  am not at home, because it says away.   Again there is no help!

You simply need to go into the Nest App, then go to Settings, then Home/Away Assist, then click your phone, now slide the slider to off.  Now, your thermostat itself will be the only device that determines what to do and the location of your phone has no effect on home/away assist.
