Honeywell TH8321WF1001 to a Google Nest

Hi there,
I'm looking to replace my current Honeywell TH8321WF1001 thermostat with a Google Nest. I’ve attached a photo of my current wiring setup. I also have a whole-home humidifier connected via the U1 terminal, and keeping the humidifier active is required under my home warranty.

Can you please confirm if Nest is compatible with my setup — and if so, what additional hardware (e.g., relay) I would need to keep the humidifier working?
