Hot at night

Hi I have a Nest-E on software update 6.2-27  battery at 3.88V,

So at night the AC appears to stop cooling. I have turned every feature on the Nest off, no scheduling, no home and away,  etc etc. I have used a seperate sensor in the bedroom to see if that would work but no luck. (it almost like it sees no motion in the house and stops cooling). As you can see in the photo below is apears to stop around 12 and come back on around 5............ any ideas?

Have you cleared the Cooling Schedule? That is, deleted the entries.  This sounds like the cooling schedule is active.

so you have:

Home/Away Assist = OFF

Early On = Off

Cool to Dry = Off

Sunblock = Off

Airwave = Off

Hello folks,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Thanks for the input, @CoolingWizard

@Hotatnight, have you checked the settings mentioned above? If you have a Google Home app, please check and remove any thermostat actions from the Routines. This might also trigger your thermostat to randomly stop and start at a specific time.

Please let me know if that helps or if the issue still persists.

Mark
