Hi there, I noticed yesterday evening that for the entire duration of my hot water schedule the water droplet icon was orange. I seem to have hot water and I can hear that the water isn’t flowing from the boiler constantly but just don’t understand why the icon would be lit orange the whole time. The schedule is on now and it is again solid orange. The heating is switching itself
on and off during scheduled
heating times as normal.

Try a restart to see if that helps to start with.
Do you have a yellow icon showing at the bottom of the display?

Sorry I am a complete technophobe! What am I restarting? The app or the heat link?
I don’t have a yellow icon. The main thermostat doesn’t show any red flame icon it’s just the app.

You may be a complete technophobe, but there are dozens of questions about this subject on the forum!
How old is the thermostat?
However, press the display against the wall/stand and keep pressed do not release until the house shows, then release. Run the system as you do, and the see if that solves the issue.
See if that helps to start with, the we can go from there.

thanks I have done as you said and the orange has turned off on the app! Thanks ever so much for your help! Just hope it stays that way now!
