I have just received a replacement thermostat as my previous one was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. After following the instructions and contacting the new thermostat to the heat link. I continued with the set up. When choosing equipment I selected system boiler. I then selected heating on/off water on/off. I finished the set up and connected it to the app. When I opened the app there are no options to control the water. There are also options on the thermostat. On the previous thermostat I had all these options. I have a standard heating system. Not a combi boiler. What setting am I missing?

Go back into those settings for system Boiler, you have not set on/off and saved. You will see it says not connected.
