Hot water not turning off

Any ideas please.

after working fine for 3 months my hot water is not cutting out at the scheduled time even though the display and app say it’s off and is grey.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell me please if you can see any water drop icon in a yellow background on the screen?

It was the valve itself which was to tight for the motor to turn.
