My hot water was scheduled to come on between 5am and 7am.
I went to shower at 8am. No hot water.
So i boosted for 30 mins.
Still no hit water.
Boosted for two hours through the app at work, still no hot water at lunch.
Why is my thermostart not heating the water? And why is boost not working?
I live in Ireland.
Completely new, and very frustrated with it.

Also, the email address included should be linked to your Nest Account, and for the postal address section, input a shipping address.

Did you get the chance to fill out the form my colleague provided? If you do make sure to include your username under the "Social handle" field so we can locate it. Make sure to also let us know here once you fill it out so we know to look for it.
