Hot water on/off not available

Hi. The hot water on/off has disappeared from my nest Stat and app. It was previously there. I have tried to set up via Equipment, Pro Setup, Hot water on/off but the hot water on/off option doesn't show. Any suggestions please?

I appreciate you sharing the thermostat model in the previous post. To provide you with the best assistance, please provide the following information: 

• When was the thermostat installed?
• Do you have a system or a combi boiler? Is the control On/Off or OpenTherm?
• What is the status of the Heat Link's LED light?
• Have your thermostats or heating system undergone any recent repairs?

Please confirm the thermostat is setup in the following way:

• On the thermostat display, select Settings > Equipment > Pro Setup > System boiler > (configure heating) > Hot Water on/off.

If so and the problem persists, please follow these instructions:

• On the thermostat display, select Settings > Equipment > Pro Setup > Other > (configure heating) > Hot Water on/off.
