Hi, I have a nest 3rd generation thermostat, a heat only boiler and hot water tank, I’ve got both heating and hot water switched off on the nest but the pump still runs and there’s a green light on the heat link it’s annoying as I’ve got the heating system drained down at the moment while I change some radiators and am heating the hot water via immersion. I’m sure it’s not the best to run the pump without water in the circuit. Thermostat on the wall also says the hot water is switched off, so why is it doing this?? Can anyone help? Thanks
