How do I HOLD a single temperature for two weeks away without internet access?

I am leaving in two days and will have no internet access for over two weeks. I want to set my NEST to hold one temperature for the entire time. I live in Colorado. How can I make this happen? As far as I can tell, the HOLD feature only works for a day at a time. That won't work for my needs. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

On mine I would have the system use the Eco temperature when I’m away and set it to a suitable temperature.  Then, just before you leave set your attendance status on the App to ”Away” and note that the Thermostat icon shows “ECO”.

Presumably, your home will still be connected to the Internet while you’re away?
