How do I stop my Nest Thermostat E from FREEZING us out, by lower the temperature, to claim savings?

During the day we set our to 68, but we have to go to thermostat EVERY DAY ONE OR MORE TIMES TO PUT IT TO 68.   WHY?   SO GOOGLE NEST CAN CLAIM SAVINGS THAT IS A PAIN ?

At 67 we feel cold, at 68 we feel ok and don't have the chills.
