Hi, we have installed a nest thermostat in a building which is used frequently but not every day and not on a regular schedule so we just want to have the ability to turn on the heating when we are on the way there and to switch it off when we leave. What we keep finding is when we switch on the heating using the app when we are en-route we get to the flat and find it cold and the thermostat has reverted to eco settings. How ca we stop this from happening please?
