It looks like you have a 3-speed blower in your system and that is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen.

But!

You can use the Google Nest Thermostat with your system, but you will have to choose one of the three blower settings and your blower will be a single-speed blower

To wire the Google Nest Thermostat tey this.

White - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y

Red - W1 to W

Select one of these for blower speed

Red - G to G - Low speed

Blue - G2 to G - Medium speed

Tan (?) G3 to G - High speed

If you decide to go with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen you would try this

White - C to C

Red - G to G - Low Speed

Yellow - Y to Y1

Blue - G2 to Y2 - (set as 2nd-speed fan) - Medium speed

Tan (?) - G3 to * (set as 3rd-speed fan) - High Speed
