How to access technician programming. I’m having issue with o/b energized in heating.

Hi Omar777,

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the delayed response.

You can go to your Nest Thermostat's settings > equipment, then scroll down and to the bottom select Pro Setup.

From there, you'll be able to access Pro Setup settings and make adjustments.
